Author Guidelines

We invite researchers, academics, practitioners, and postgraduate students to submit high-quality scholarly works to KHAINA: JOURNAL OF TEACHING AND LEARNING. Please review the following technical requirements and formatting guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth evaluation process.

1. Article Types

We accept original research papers, conceptual articles, case studies, and literature reviews related to teaching and learning studies.

2. Language & Technical Format
  • Language: Clear and concise English.
  • Length: 5,000–8,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).
  • Formatting: Single spacing, 12pt Candara font, A4 paper size.
  • File Type: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).
3. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be arranged systematically in the following order:

Title (max. 15 words) Abstract (150–250 words + keywords) Introduction Literature Review Method Results Discussion Conclusion References (APA 7th)
4. Originality & Citation Style

Submitted works must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Strictly follow APA (7th Edition) guidelines for in-text citations and reference listings.

5. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Articles with a similarity index exceeding 15% will be automatically rejected.

6. Submission & Review Process

Manuscripts must be submitted directly through the journal’s official submission portal. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent expert reviewers.
