About the Journal

QUALITATIVE STUDIES is an academic journal managed under the auspices of Bale Beleq Indonesia. The journal welcomes scholarly articles that consistently engage with complex social, cultural, and human phenomena through rigorous qualitative inquiry. It provides an open platform for the exploration of lived experiences, social realities, and cultural dynamics, examined through the lenses of social sciences, humanities, education, and contemporary cultural studies.

The journal encourages interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches, encompassing topics such as societal transformations, human behavior, cultural practices, policy analysis, gender studies, and community development. Contributions may be based on empirical qualitative research, theoretical analysis, or critical reflection, provided they demonstrate academic rigour and methodological transparency.
